Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 12pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

UK Based Orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery £2.95 - Delivery usually within 1 to 5 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.


Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service £5.95 - Guaranteed to arrive Next Day Monday to Saturday.

NB. For larger items there may be a £20.00 charge for delivery on Saturdays.

Saturday Delivery (Courier) £20.00- Delivery for Saturday imposes an additional sucharge by the courier. This only applies to non Royal Mail Deliveries.

Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified.  Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.

European Orders
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Please be aware that PlayM8ts cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Returns & Unwanted Goods

Due to the nature of the products we sell, PlayM8ts cannot offer full refunds on unwanted goods. We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.

Free Gifts
You will be asked to return any FREE gift received if the return of unwanted goods takes the total of your order under the qualifying amount stated for a FREE gift.  In the event of the FREE gift not being returned with the unwanted items, Sextoys.co.uk has the right to deduct the cost of the FREE gift from the customer.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to PlayM8ts.com Customer Service Department ASAP.

Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement. Please clean items before returning.

All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping + 25% restocking charge. The refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.

Returning DVDS
As stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.

Refunds
A refund cannot be issued until PlayM8ts.com receive the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation.

How to return an item
If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.

We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.
